Terms of Service - Safe Home Care MK

Welcome to Safe Home Care MK. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

Our packages cover regular home & garden care as described on our website.
Any deep cleaning, major gardening, repairs, or external services are not included unless agreed separately.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed are weekly starting rates.
• Extra services (add-ons, pet care, outside-MK travel, etc.) are charged separately.
• Payment must be made in advance or as agreed in writing.
• Prices may change; clients will be informed in advance.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients remain responsible for all bills, utilities, and third-party services.
• If clients wish us to settle bills or external services, they must provide the funds in advance.
• Access to the property (keys/lockbox) must be arranged securely.

4. Pet Care

• We provide visits as booked, but medical treatment, vet costs, or emergencies remain the owner's responsibility.
• If we assist in arranging or transporting for emergencies, additional charges apply.

5. Liability

We take all reasonable care, but we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or issues in the property.
• Natural events (storms, leaks, etc.).
• Failures of third-party services (plumbers, electricians, etc.).
• Our service is covered by insurance (if applicable), but limits may apply.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations within 48h may be charged up to 50% of the booking.
• No refunds for visits already completed.

7. General

• We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version always applies.
• Booking with us means full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
